Parkwest Casino is looking for an experienced Utility Worker for the Front of the House (Bussperson). Functions as an integral part of the F&B team by keeping all food and beverage outlets common areas clean, supplied and well stocked.

1. Busses all tables from food and beverage outlets common areas.
2. Discards all used disposable supplies from tables, countertops and returns all silverware, glasses and chinaware to the dishwashing area.
3. Ensures that all common areas – tables, chairs, countertops, cabinets, equipment, refrigerators, coffee machines, soda machines and other F&B equipment is clean, sanitized and maintained.
4. Duties include hot water flushing all beverage machines.
5. Makes and replenishes coffee and fills up soda machine with ice on all common areas.
6. Support the team by anticipating and providing help as needed. 
7. Understand and contribute to setting and improving procedures, work instructions, and responsibilities.
8. Shows initiative to get the job done. 
9. Other job related duties as assigned.

• Must be able to carry a radio and cart for cleaning supplies daily.
• Must pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test.
• Must possess a California Food Handler Card.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment, utensils and procedures.
• Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.
• Available for scheduled work which may include weekends and evening scheduling; and ready for all programs and activities. Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
• Able to communicate clearly with team members.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to work within a team and respond to quick changes in priority.
• Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
