- Must be able to carry a radio and cart for cleaning supplies daily.
- Must pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test.
- Must be 21 yrs plus of age.
- Must possess a California Food Handler Card.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant equipment, utensils and procedures.
- Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.
- Available for scheduled work which may include weekends and evening scheduling; and ready for all programs and activities. Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
- Able to communicate clearly with team members.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to work within a team and respond to quick changes in priority.
- Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Education: No specific education required. High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent preferred.
Experience: One year experience in a kitchen of comparable quality preferred but not required.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
