Education:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not always required). A minimum of high school or GED diploma required.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or a related field. Experience with data entry, bookkeeping, or clerical work is beneficial. Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom, QuickBooks, Workday) is a plus.
Physical and mental requirements
- Must be able to work at a desk, sitting for extended periods of time.
- Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and office equipment.
- Typing, data entry and handling paperwork regularly. walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
- Position will require repetitive use of hands.
- Must be able to lift and carry office supplies and/or up to 15lbs; Files, Paper reams, File in boxes, Office equipment etc.
- Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
