Parkwest Bicycle Casino is looking for an experienced Dishwasher (Heavy Cleaner/Utility Woker). This position will consist of dish washing duties. This person must work well with others, must be punctual and maintain a clean environment. The dishwasher is vital to back of the house operations by assisting our line cooks, prep cooks, and servers to ensure clean serving items (plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, ramekins, and other items) are always readily available. 1. Washes pots, pans, glassware, flatware, cups, glasses, and other dishes and containers used in preparation and service of food.
2. Responsible for cleanliness of floors, walk-ins, freezers, drains, floor mats, grease traps and garbage disposals.
3. Responsible for overall cleanliness of cooking equipment including, but not limited to, ovens, deep fryers, stoves, hoods, broilers, salamanders, griddles, and oriental equipment.
4. Empties and sanitizes trash cans.
5. Operates dishwashing machines.
6. Responsible for overall cleanliness of kitchen areas, dish room. Storeroom, bake shop, deli, corridors and dock area.
7. Provides Banquets with equipment and assist the Chef and Sous Check during banquets functions.
8. Responsible for proper storage of chemicals and kitchen supplies.
9. Other job related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Flexible Schedule. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have active California Food Handlers certification/Card.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
