1. Responsible for compliance of Liquor Liability, which includes reporting individuals who are suspended for being intoxicated, refusing service of alcoholic beverages to guests that appear/are legally intoxicated, and checking IDs of suspected minors.
2. Responsible for stocking and checking all beer bottles for broken seals.
3. Provides courteous customer service to team members and guests.
4. Maintains a clean, well-stocked work area at all times.
5. Oversees activities of Bar-back(s).
6. Provides feedback to Food & Beverage Service Supervisor on cocktail staff.
7. Responsible for taking inventory at the start and end of shift.
8. Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions.
9. Ability to work in smoking environment.
10. May be dual rated to work in other areas, as needed.
11. Other job-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Qualified individual must be able to communicate well with all clientele as well as supervision and staff.
• Must have active California Food handlers certification.
• Must have active RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification.
• Open availability to work Day, Swing or Graveyard.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.
