Parkwest Bicycle Casino is seeking a highly motivated Employee Relations Specialist to our Human Resources team!
The Employee Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing and improving relationships between staff and management. The competencies listed below are an overview of the essential duties and measures required to be successful in the position.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or similar HR certification a plus.
Two-Four years related experience in Employee Relations area.
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. In-Depth knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations are essential. This includes understanding laws related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other areas impacting employee relations.
Excellent communicational and organizational skills.
Ability to speak any other language highly desired.
Proficiency in ADP or other HRIS platforms and full knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
